Wasn’t horrible, just overpriced. Staff were friendly and lovely - flavours on the menu were all there. Portion sizes with prices were questionable. The mozzarella was dry and cheap, for a 16$ appetizer. We had an amazing pizza for $26, it was $16 and we added on $10 worth of extras. To be honest, it could have been a profitable $18 pizza, but oh well. The crust had nice bubbles, true forno cooked, but was a tad soggy. Regardless, it was enjoyable! We had the Bianca, with olives, mushrooms, and guanciale added. 6oz glasses of wine were about $12 and up, not a bad selection. Okay for San Fran. Not bad, but was expecting more.

Before coming to their brick & mortar restaurant, I had only eaten from Presidio Picnic and Outside Lands from their truck. Their restaurant did not disappoint. We had an incredible barbecued carrots appetizer and little gem salad with a yummy dressing. For pizza, we opted for the Bianca and added Mushrooms which was key. Happy to have been to their sit down restaurant which was even better than their truck!

Probably one of the better Pizzeria in near the city. I would highly recommend trying their homemade sausage Pizza. Also try to reserve as waiting times can be up to 1.5hrs. Staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend this restaurant

Nice little pizza place on Bush St. Was packed out the whole time we were there so I would recommend making a booking. Service was friendly but a little hurried and they forgot our drinks for some time before we asked and they eventually brought them. Food came quickly, and was a big portion and was DELICIOUS!!! Pizza dough was soft and the toppings very fresh. We managed to feed two of us for $50 with non alcoholic drinks, tip and taxes.

Beautiful pizzeria and friendly staff. We just went there to try it out and ordered two pizzas: Potato (which contained prosciutto and Yukon potatoes), and the margarita pizza (with buffalo mozzarella). The potato pizza was tasty and good. The mozzarella pizza was too acidic to my taste. The dough was burned on the outside (usually it's a little burned, but not that much). Atmosphere is beautiful and we arrived when the place just opened. We sat at the counter. If you're in the area, check it out! Prices are reasonable.

I could say that after some time looking for really good pizza. This place was a God sent, considering everything that has been going on in the World and locally. Can't wait until they open for dine-in. You just know you have to get the full dining experience after eating take out from here.

I must admit that this place was one of my favorite stops in SF when visiting. My sister, my mom and I were visiting SF for 5 days and we had pizza here on our first night in town. It wasn't our first time in SF but it was our first time here. Normally between the three of us we'd be surprised if we could finish two pies. But it was honestly so good here we ended up ordering and finishing three pies in total. Not only that, we made sure we were back here again on our last day in town and still ordered three again then! Highly recommend! We will consider it as definitely one of the top pizza places we have been to around the world.

I just had the best pizza ever! Homemade sausage pizza was killer! The crust was crispy and chewy and so delicious. The flavors absolutely melted in my mouth. The red wine was amazing! The staff and atmosphere superb. Definitely a go to place in San Francisco's Nob Hill neighborhood.

The pizza dough here is one of the best I’ve ever had. The toppings weren’t quite as good as the dough, but still very solid. Came out slightly over charred – otherwise would’ve been a 5/5!Service was great!

Friends of ours urged us to go to Del Popolo if we wanted the most delicious pizza in San Francisco. Was it the best? I can’t say, since I didn’t eat at any other pizza restaurants. However, everything we ate from the “ small plates” of meatballs, salads and roasted vegetables to the pizzas were excellent. We had a reservation and within minutes of their 5:30 opening, every table was filled with other folks who I’m sure had reserved in advance. I highly recommend Del Popolo. They also have a great beer and wine selection.

Very rarely do I ever eat leftovers for dinner but I am already salivating thinking about going home tonight and eating this. Highly recommend for pizza in the SF and looking forward to returning to try out the pasta and other items. Unfortunately I didn't see the free Google check-in offer until it was too late but I would love to try that as well.

Great service and food. It is important to try make a reservation, although the wait is not normally that long. You have to have the potato pizza😋. There is normally a good selection of wine and spirits.

This joint is amazing. Pizza crust is like no other, hint of sourdough, and the rotating appetizers are unreal. Great wine menu and amazing vibe. I’ve eaten here many times since it opened and I’ve never had less than a 5 star experience! Thanks Don tonight for the kick tail service.

Yum! We had the appetizer special which was like old school mozzarella sticks. The tomato sauce was incredibly fresh and the mozzarella was delicious. Then we had a margarita and a broccoli pizza. Everything was super tasty. One of the best things about our experience was the service--from the hostess to the servers, we felt welcomed and cared for.

Amazing service, phenomenal food. Busy loud atmosphere! Great satisfying and not overly heavy meal after walking 9 miles around San Fran! The Caesar is large for one, perfect for splitting.

Loved this spot! I came here with a friend recently for dinner. We loved the margherita pizza and the salad! The wine was great too. Fun atmosphere, good service. I would definitely come back.

The potato pizza was fantastic. The pork meatballs were good, but not the best I've had. The sauce from the meatballs went well with the leftover pizza crusts. I seem to find myself in SF often, I'll definitely return.

The pizzas are very delicious! Soft and chewy! Perfect pizza. Unfortunately the salamis are too salty for us. Still a great place where you can see the open kitchen.

Just delicious! The pizza is obviously amazing but make sure you try the small plates too! They are amazing. We had the smoked carrots and the brussel sprouts with feta and they were to die for.

Pizzas were soft and chewy. House made sausage pizza was tasty but not really that much. Probably will go with the salami pepperoni next time. You're seated very close together. Wall portraits are interesting and all stacked in the corners for some reason. Service was friendly.

Based on the yelp reviews we were expecting their pizza to be a cut above the other offerings in the neighborhood especially considering the cost to size ratio. What we got was a pizza that looked amazing but was extremely floppy. Even folding it in half as one would do with a new york style pizza did little to provide the stability needed to eat this thing. I will give it this though, the flavor was good and the sausage was fantastic. I just wish the pizza has a crispy crust as opposed to a soggy one.

Wow what a great place! Great service (really, seriously good, thanks 🙏), fun atmosphere and amazing food. They have lots of great starter plates with plenty of vegetarian options. The wood fired brick pizza oven makes some of the best pizza crust I've ever had. They have some really delicious topping combinations and clearly use the best ingredients. Don't forget to save room for the water buffalo soft serve ice cream 😋

Very nice and cozy place. The sausage pizza was great and so was dessert. Thanks to the great server we had too!
